Truro Ottoman Bedstead – FAQs
Is the mattress included?
No, The Truro is a frame only – mattress not included. It is compatible with all mattress types. We can bundle a mattress in-store.
What is free delivery and free assembly?
For The Truro Bedstead, St James Bed Centre offers free delivery and free assembly in our local delivery zone around King's Lynn, Norfolk. We build the bed in your room and remove all packaging. Ask us for your postcode.
How does the gas lift ottoman work?
Pull the fabric tabs at the foot end and the hydraulic gas pistons assist the lift. The platform lifts to reveal full storage and stays open safely on its own.
What colours does the Truro come in?
We stock Grey Linen for fast delivery. The Truro is available to order in lots of colours including velvets and linens – Charcoal, Beige, Cream, Navy, Black, Pink, Teal and more. Come to our King's Lynn store to see fabrics.
Is it the same base as the Padstow?
Yes – The Truro uses the same solid, British made flat-to-floor ottoman base as our popular Padstow, but with the luxury deep buttoned Chesterfield headboard for a more traditional, high-end look.
